An arbitral tribunal shall be a non-governmental body specially created to settle disputes arising in a commercial or civil relationship, or which exists on a permanent basis. In such court, legal as well as physical sides can come forward. In the Arbitration Tribunal, disputes can only be settled if there is a clause in the agreement or contract confirming the delivery of the dispute before the Arbitral Tribunal.
It should be noted that not every dispute could be decided in the arbitral tribunal. In this court, no disputes regarding real estate or employee problems are negotiated. Of the things that affect family law, only those involved in the marriage contract can be negotiated. Moreover, cases where one of the sides is a public office or where the judicial system provides for the participation of the state authorities cannot be heard.
